Visit the Property (Optional)

You're welcome to drive out and walk the land before moving forward. We actually encoure it. But do let us know so that we can inform you of any potential issues or things that you need to know.

Choose Cash or Financing

Submit the $150 document fee to reserve the property. This reserves your right to purchase the parcel while we prepare the Purchase Agreement and collect more information from you. This fee will be credited back to you when we proceed to opening Escrow. However, this fee is non-refundable and will not be returned if you decide not to go forward with the purchase.

We open escrow with a trusted title company. They will collect your information and you will wire funds. They handle the paperwork and title search.

Once escrow closes, the deed is recorded in your name and the land is officially yours.
